What is the root-cause of corruption? em bed ded cult u r e, default sociul mechanism, or something else/more con plex?

I would say that the nature (learned filthing*) of the corruption stems from the environ. Cor rupt ion from affluence is greed based. Corruption from poverty is more need based.

I am sure this isn't a sociul mode unique to the UK. But there is some truth to the idea that people don't care about not caring; and this in fact puts empha sis on the idea that to not care can be seen as cool. In Africa you may find the opposite where school children who don't do their homework are criticised by their school mates because so called men teach their kids to care but still get some fumMammammedAlls wrong like criticism having any sort of validity ... whilst in sir tain school-age mine-ed(mined)*-sets in the less developed (still enveloped with masc u lin(e) 'filthing' attitudes) so called world decadent attitudes are en co you raged.
